Join us as our Business Development Representative and play a key role in bridging opportunity with execution. In this proactive position, you'll identify and connect with potential clients in our target market, conducting research and outreach to qualify leads and create new opportunities.Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll drive initiatives that support and enable shared success.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency and growth into Account Management.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Proactively call new prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, introduce our solutions, and engage through lead generation or referrals
- Schedule online demos or face-to-face meetings, following up on marketing activities to drive webinar attendance and demos
- Manage and track pipeline progress in our sales platform diligently
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Managers to maximise service usage and increase asset flows, driving growth in target regions
- Continuously build product knowledge, competitive advantages, and industry positioning, working towards relevant certifications
- Raise awareness of our solutions and Zenith’s proposition, aligning with marketing campaigns to grow and retain clients

- You must possess a can-do attitude; this attribute is indispensable!
- You must have excellent communication skills, conveying confidence, sincerity, and professionalism, with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
- You will be a self-starter, identifying opportunities through client conversations
- You enjoy coming into office and interacting with clients and colleagues
- You will ideally have strong presentation skills, effectively reinforcing the Zenith proposition to clients
- You must possess excellent time management and organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- You must have proficient skills using the Microsoft 365 suite
- You will be adaptable, with the ability and willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
