Liquor Business Development Manager
Circa starting $70k and up (depending on experience) package

We are looking for a Sales Representative requiring a high degree of autonomous ability, customer centric individual that can bring enthusiasm and operate as a true ambassador for 3Two1 Drinks with our beautiful portfolio to expand quite rapidly
The successful applicant will need to have a true “Go Get Them Attitude”. You will combine your organisational skills and passion to achieve sales results. You need to be able to work autonomously, manage your own time in the trade effectively while demonstrating strong communication and sales skills.
This is a sales role to generate new distributions, sales and profit in the Off and On Premise targeting small bars, suburban pubs, larger hotels and drive Off Premise growth. You will have a strong sales and customer service background and must be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with resilience.
The successful candidates will bring:
- Prior Sales experience within the industry (highly regarded)
- Full current driving license
- Own reliable vehicle (car expenses inc. in package)
- Experience in achieving sales targets & KPI's.
- Excellent organisational, planning skills and time management.
- Be able to think on your feet in an active environment.
- Previous experience managing a sales territory.
- High levels of drive, energy and self-motivation.
- Pro-actively problem solve and work independently.
- Confidently use various "selling" strategies
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- A strong On-Premise understanding with contacts.
- Reasonably solid understanding Off Premise landscape.
- Proven strong work ethic and self-discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in using a CRM.
