About the Role:As an Administration Officer, you will sit within the Fleet Operations team which is responsible for providing administrative support to the business regarding clients' vehicle fleets. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting essential administrative functions related to fleet operations such as data entry, file management and updating registration.Ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
Proactively liaising with internal stakeholders through appropriate channels.
Assisting clients and processing client requests as required.
Collaborating effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am-5pm. This role requires you in the CBD office 3 days a week.Skills and Experience: Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in administration or client facing roles within the financial services or legal sectors.
Previous exposure in an administration role is required.Excellent attention to detail is crucial.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
