• Collaborate with teams to resolve any payment disputes and discrepancies.
• Investigate payment errors and liaise with stakeholders to resolve.
• Maintain thorough records of all transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Engage in regular audits to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payment Assurance Administrator should have:

• Similar experience with admin & data entry supporting a finance team prior or a related field.
