We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Pricing & Rebates Analyst to join Rinnai in a full-time capacity, initially on a 12 month contract with the potential to transition to permanency.
About the role:
- Reconcile accrued rebates with expected payments to ensure accurate recording of liability in balance sheets
- Processing and maintaining customer discount and rebate agreements
- Monitor trading terms, customer deals and investigate claims to ensure compliance and maintain all records pertaining to price/rebate contracts
- Analysis of rebate accruals in comparison with payments highlighting positioning of rebate categories
- Processing energy certificates (STC/VEECS) claims, liaising with Government agencies
- Analysis of energy certificates measuring movement and profitability
About you:
- A tertiary qualification in accounting and/or a comparable Finance discipline
- Intermediate to advanced capability in the MS Office suite
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- An eagerness to learn
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workflow
- The ability to work in a deadline driven environment
