P&C Manager
Lightforce Group is currently seeking a highly skilled P&C Manager to join their team in Adelaide. As the P&C Manager, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing the company's People and Culture functions.
As the P&C Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of Human Resource services, programs, plans, policies and procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with the General Manager and Board of Advisors to provide expert guidance and contribute to critical decision-making processes that align with the Lightforce Groups strategic vision.

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities of this role include:
- The development, review and continuous improvement of HRM systems, processes, programs, plans, policies and initiatives.
- The delivery of all HR services and functions within the employment lifecycle
- Management of end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with Department Managers
- Working closely with managers and supervisors to monitor employee and industrial relations practices to ensure they comply with organisational and employment-related legislation and regulatory requirements
- Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with employees, managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Administration and ongoing development of the Training & Development program
- Working in consultation and collaboration with General Manager, employees, and representatives to ensure approved organisational changes are implemented effectively.
- Ensures the health, safety and well-being of workers and other persons under their management and control in the workplace
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, psychology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources management in a relatable industry
- Demonstrated experience driving a HR function within a relatable industry.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a production / process environment is highly desirable.
- Educate and coach managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and work health and safety requirements.
- Ability to engage, partner with and influence Managers with strong coaching consultation skills.
- Experience building a high-performing culture through trusted relationships and coaching capability at all levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HRM & WHS practices, and legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
