An exciting opportunity exists for a part time Gift Shop Manager at the Adelaide Parklands Terminal gift shop. This individual will be a motivating leader and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of the Gift Shop Manager:

• Working collaboratively within your team to ensure sales goals and KPI’s are achieved.
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills by training, mentoring and providing feedback to team members.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and administration is achieved.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintaining sound level of stock and low shrinkage through monthly stocktakes and weekly replenishment orders.
• Providing reports on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
• Demonstrating creativity and growth through proposing innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Ensuring performance management is conducted to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Additional store manager duties as needed.
