Job Description- Focus on ER activities
- Provide strategic HR support to team members
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Provide advice on employment legislation and HR best practices
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Mining or Heavy industry experience is a must
- Exposure to both blue and white collar work forces
- Experience with Workday will be highly desirable
- Proven track record being operational and hands on as well as strategic
- Salary will depend on experience and background $120,000 - $180,000
- A 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend
