The Company
Haddenham Healthcare is a UK based company that specialises in designing, manufacturing and distributing innovative products for Lymphoedema, Vascular Disorders and Wound Care. The Australian operations located in Mulgrave, liaise predominantly with healthcare professionals on behalf of their patients to provide the appropriate products for their patients’ needs.
What you'll do:
As an Operations Manager at Haddenham Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in optimising operations across several business functions including customer service, order processing, logistics and stock management.- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics
- Oversee the implementation of and compliance with order management systems
- Negotiate and oversee contracts with third party suppliers
- Manage all building, facilities and equipment related matters
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager role at Haddenham Healthcare brings a wealth of experience in managing operations preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry.- 5 + years experience in people management, preferably in medical devices or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant qualification in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Well-developed analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and CRM systems
