The Role
Your sharp analytical abilities and relationship-building skills will shape how new and existing business grows. You’ll anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of CHILL's key clients, and understand how our suite of services and product offerings can grow their business while maximising operational efficiency within our business.

The Strategy
The position involves collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to support our growth strategy. What You'll Do:
- Growth and Scalability: Business development. Driving initiatives to evolve and expand the facility, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Team Leadership: Foster a cohesive, high-performance culture by placing the right people in the right roles and mentoring them for success.
- Budget and Resource Management: Actively manage budgets and resource allocation to meet operational and financial goals.
- Process Optimisation: Implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity KPI's.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining health and safety standards.
- Client Satisfaction: Guarantee quality control and exceptional service, delighting clients with every order.
- Implement strategic vision with a strong focus on execution
- 10 Years +. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while adapting to change
- Expertise in operational efficiency and process improvement
- Not afraid to increase sales and business development
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels, ensuring alignment and seamless operations
- A customer-centric mindset focused on exceptional service
- Technologically savvy with a keen interest in logistics innovation
- Familiarity with cold chain logistics and HACCP principles is an advantage
- Proficiency in TMS & WMS, Google Suite and Google Sheets or Excel.
- A degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field experience is preferred.
