Site Supervisor - Perth

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain Site Safety to required standards.
• Achieve Wind farm performance standards.
• Provide clear direction to service personnel.
• Maintain a good working relationship with Customer and Key Stakeholders
• Provide mentoring and transfer of knowledge to the team

Experience: (Types of experiences expected or required to successfully carry out the position, e.g. specific industry experience)

• Managed teams in a major site-based service environment.
• Developed work rosters and time allocation in major asset service environment.
• Managed sub-contractors in remote site locations e.g. crane, excavation, electrical, civil.
• Management and reporting of budgetary requirements.
• Experience providing service with direct customer interface.
• Experience in high pressure situations in major service management construction environment.

• Understanding and intermediate user of MS Office, ERP (SAP) and exposure to Service specific software programs.
• Customer Service and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to display Practical hands on approach to the service operation.
• Good Verbal communication within professional service provider environment.
• Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Decision making to create action.
• Continual system improvement.
• Trouble shooting.
• Team leadership and supervision skills to achieve maintenance and service standards to company and contractual requirements.
