About the Role:
As a Fitter, you will be working with a supportive team to ensure all mechanical duties are completed with a safety focused approach. You will ensure that the servicing and repairs of mechanical equipment are completed in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner.The successful candidate will also be involved in a mixture of workshop and site work.
The roster will be Full-Time, FIFO 2/1 roster flying out of Perth. We seek experienced individuals who are open to learn and demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities:
- A commitment to ‘No Harm Culture’ and ‘Lost Time Injury’ workplace
- Reporting current and potential issues to the supervisor on site. Being proactive in addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure employees adhere to all ADENCO policies, including OHS&E requirements and the Code of Conduct
- Servicing and repairing the listed machineries- SME- Excavators 8T-50T of various brands, Loaders- VOLVO, Komatsu, Hyundai, Dozers- D8, Graders and Rollers, Trucks and Trailers- Kenworth, VOLVO, Iveco
- Medium and Small Machines such as generators, rollers and compactors
- Light Vehicles
Please apply if you believe you meet the following criteria:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Demonstrated variety of experience as Diesel Mechanic/HD Fitter on mobile plant and machinery- with operating qualifications desirable.
- Confidence around servicing mobile equipment – SME, road going and ancillary.
- Safety focused, reliable and able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Problem solving skills and continually seeking improvements
- Ability to work autonomously
- C Class Licence – HR Desirable
- Demonstrated consistency and longevity in previous employment
- Air Conditioning qualification desirable.
- Auto electrical competency/interest desirable
- Familiarity with diagnostic tooling
