The Wellbeing and Injury Management Lead is accountable for planning and developing the Employee Wellbeing and Injury Management Strategy and priorities,

Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop and lead the organisation's Employee Wellbeing and Injury Management Strategy, aligning with broader people and safety objectives
Champion a proactive, integrated approach to psychosocial safety, employee wellbeing, and injury management.
Provide high-level advice and support to enable employees to stay healthy at work and recover from injury or illness effectively.
Lead early intervention and wellbeing initiatives that reduce risk and improve individual health outcomes.
Support business areas with timely, practical guidance on wellbeing and injury management policies and procedures.
Promote a culture of care and safety to enhance overall employee and stakeholder experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in workplace health, wellbeing, and injury management.

Your Profile

Expert knowledge of psychosocial safety, health, and injury management practices and legislation
Strategic planning skills to design and implement wellbeing and injury initiatives
Strong communication and influencing abilities across all organisational levels
Data analysis and problem-solving skills to assess risk and guide interventions
Leadership and stakeholder engagement to embed a proactive safety culture
