Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in end-to-end case management
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)
- Solid knowledge of workplace relations principles and legislation
- Background in government or education is highly regarded
- Ability to manage high volume and varied casework in a busy environment
- Working within an organisation of approx. 1,500 staff
OHS Specialist
We are looking for a Generalist OHS Business Partner to support the team during the permanent recruitment process. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive engagement with various business areas and a strong grasp of current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating OHS policies and procedures
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Liaising across departments to ensure compliance and promote safety culture
- Staying up to date with current OHS legislation and best practices
- Holding a valid, up-to-date OHS certification (mandatory, renewed annually)
