Responsibilities- Oversee the development and DevOps teams, ensuring that procedures align with best practices in software development and operations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance the speed and quality of software delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement processes that ensure reliable and scalable application deployments.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and automation to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the development and operations teams.
- Prepare and present reports on operational metrics and process improvements to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Development Operations or DevOps management role, with a strong understanding of both development and operational processes.
- Experience with automation tools and CI/CD practices, as well as familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps practices or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert) are a plus.
