As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our traffic management services and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient traffic solutions to our clients.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the company’s core values of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction are upheld. This role demands someone with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of traffic management operations, coupled with a focus on improving operational efficiency and driving business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily operations of traffic management projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials like traffic signs, cones, barriers, and control devices for efficient project execution.
- Lead, train, and motivate teams, managing schedules and performance to meet objectives and safety standards.
- Direct staff and resources to meet objectives, while developing procedures to ensure consistency, productivity, and alignment with operational goals.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize resources, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, supporting financial reports and forecasts. Ensure cost optimization and resource allocation to maintain profitability.
- Analyse project performance, client feedback, and trends to adjust strategies and improve service delivery for traffic control projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and traffic management regulations. Monitor adherence to protocols and implement safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing to align operational activities with campaigns and brand strategies. Represent the company’s values in client communications.
- Report on operational performance, analysing metrics, and providing insights to improve cost efficiency, service delivery, and operations.

Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
