Marketing Specialist

Main Job Duties

Implementing the business plan as determined by the Company, reporting to and being accountable to senior management of the company, carrying out such lawful directions as given by the parent company, carrying out any duties which are within the employee's skill and competence.

1. Formulating marketing objectives, strategies and proposals with senior executive and assist in their implementation;
2. Conducting market research on both current and future products, including analysing market conditions, suggesting ways to improve the competitiveness of the products and identifying opportunities for increased sales;
3. Performing statistical analysis and reports on consumer demands for existing products and prepare sales forecasts;
4. Preparing regular marketing reports for senior executives for the purpose of decision-making;
5. Organising and taking part in the development of new products, including product design and testing, as well as the monitoring of sales volumes.
6. Planning and developing advertising and promotion campaigns to launch new products in the Australian market;
7. Supervising junior staff and training local sales representatives.

1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant major preferred but not essential, relevant field work experience and achievement in the area will be highly regarded;
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT sales and marketing, proven results of developing and executing sound marketing strategies in expanding the business trade;
3. Understanding and knowledge of the Australian market with familiarity and experience in MSI Computer products an advantage

Pay: $75,000.00 – $99,000.00 per year
