Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced and organised candidate to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

The role:Support our team and report into the Head of Marketing to prepare for and deliver content and customer-centric events across the APAC region.
Key tasks:Independently own and manage all marketing activity for a portfolio of corporate summits and bespoke events: Event setup and data maintenance in platforms such as Salesforce & EventsAir
Past event analysisManage the company website and event listings
Ensure company adhere to brand guidelines and be our own brand advocate
Manage and oversee all content creation, graphic design and event communications
Create and manage all promotional material
Plan and manage event advertising budgets and reporting
Maintain relationships with external partners (media, endorsers & associations)
Ownership of core KPI's and manage campaign progresses
Assist the Head of Marketing in ad-hoc tasks & team development
You will have: 2 years of work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar translation
Relevant degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing-based roleGreat organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of EventsAir, Canva and Salesforce is an advantage.
