We are looking for a highly Motivated and Experienced retail assistant to support the business owner in the day to day running of the business.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff to ensure we deliver excellent customer service.Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
Contributing a high level of personal machinery sales
Maintain communications with existing customer to generate additional sales opportunities
Plan and deliver advertising campaigns.
Maintain inventory levels, restock merchandise, and ensure proper product placement.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Train and mentor new and existing employees.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Process transactions and handle cash management responsibilities.
Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
Present monthly reports and performance to company directors and outline future business plans
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.Previous Experience in "Big Ticket Retail Sales.
Previous Experience in selling Consumer and or Commercial Finance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in Performance Management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
