• Oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Leads and manages team members, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensures high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation to maintain quality and enhance customer satisfaction
• Tracks inventory and manages stock levels, placing orders as necessary to meet operational needs
• Handles financial responsibilities such as budgeting, cash flow management, and transaction reporting
• Maintains compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services

• Must hold a Diploma in Hospitality or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
• Must possess at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
