Salary offering - $73,150 - $80,000.00
Retail Manager Duties
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenueProvide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
Retail Supervisor Duties
Provide prompt service and quality products to customers.Address customer questions and complaints.
Plan work schedules and assign tasks to staff.
Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, including resolving issues.
Teach staff how to handle complicated sales processes.
Inspect returned items and decide what to do with them.
Take inventory and order new stock as needed.
Ensure products are properly priced and displayed.
Enforce safety and security procedures.
Cook Duties
Ensure food quality and regulate cooking temperatures.Prepare and cook meals, seasoning and portioning as needed.
Plate food with appropriate garnishes, sauces, and gravies.
Store food properly in temperature-controlled environments.
Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
May train kitchen staff and apprentices.
