Qualification & Work Experience- Diploma or above qualification
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- Good management Skills
- Good communication Skills
- Managing stock control processes and keeping accurate records
- Maintaining inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with suppliers
- Managing budgets
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Ensuring all legal requirements are met
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Taking responsibility for marketing and purchase policies
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Providing training to improve the knowledge base of the staff
