About the Role:We are seeking a full time Retail Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff management, inventory control, and strategic planning to maximise customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the service station, ensuring smooth and efficient workflowImplement and manage inventory and purchasing plans; liaise with vendors and shippers to ensure stock levels meet customer demand
Develop a schedule of promotions and holiday events aimed at boosting store revenue
Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and productivity; apply cross-training strategies
Work with suppliers to bring in eye-catching and effective promotional displays for the shop floor and storefront
Monitor and manage controllable costs to ensure profitability and business growth
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management roleExcellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of retail inventory systems and supplier coordination
