Retail Supervisor - Perth

Wills Domain Winery is a leading destination in Margaret River’s wine & hospitality scene and is currently looking for a full-time Retail Supervisor to oversee their cellar door and retail operations.

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the cellar door, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
• Lead, supervise and train staff to deliver high levels of customer service and ensure product knowledge
• Promote and sell wine and related products, manage wine club memberships and enhance customer relationships to maximise sales & encourage repeat business
• Monitor and manage stock levels of wine, merchandise and tasting supplies
• Ensure safety and health rules are followed.

• At least two (2) years of professional experience in a similar position
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, engage visitors and build rapport to promote brand loyalty
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, upsell wine and products and manage wine club memberships
• In-depth understanding of wine production, varietals, tasting notes and food pairings, with the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication, suitable for customer interactions, staff instructions and event coordination.

• Annual remuneration: $73,150 + superannuation
