Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively.Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Must demonstrate Wok experience in an a la carte environment Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Understanding of food safety standards Full-time availability.
