About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role requires a strong focus on compliance, policy enforcement, and maintaining office service standards. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with OMARA regulations, and the smooth functioning of administrative and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, review, and implement office services, setting priorities and service standards.

Allocate work responsibilities to staff and monitor performance to ensure efficiency.
Manage client payments, maintain financial records, and oversee office accounts.
Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-maintained for smooth operations.
Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Ensure all work adheres to OMARA legislation, policies, and procedures.
Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a professional work environment.

Assist in staff training and development to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of office management procedures and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial record-keeping and payment management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a migration consultancy or legal environment is an advantage.
