Job Description- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts.
- Asset management support through governance and commercial operations
- Coordinate IT support with Washington office such as troubleshooting office equipment (printers, computers), setting up new hardware or software, and assisting with basic technical issues.
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies & ordering when required
- Manage & maintain Perth tenancy by submitting & coordinating service requests & booking office amenities where needed
- Maintaining team calendar & team co-ordination
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and emails. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for all team members
- Receive, distribute, and file all project documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update document control procedures as necessary.
- Ensure that all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, approved, and stored.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to document control.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated / directed.
- Ability to take accountability and be proactive in handling objectives.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Resilient
- High-level attention to detail
- Highly Organised with excellent Time Management Skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task, effectively prioritise workload and use initiative.
