The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing efficient office procedures, managing resources, coordinating HR functions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Operations:
- Develop and implement office procedures and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Manage administrative records and maintain accurate financial tracking systems.
- Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and organization of office tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and promote a secure working environment.
- Organize and allocate workspace, personnel, and resources to enhance productivity.
- Supervise daily office activities and delegate tasks to support staff.
- Evaluate employee contributions and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
- Handle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely employee compensation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline office activities.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Proven experience in a similar environment in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and financial tracking systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and HR procedures is an advantage.
