Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our flagship store in Traralgon, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will handle overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales initiatives, implement merchandising strategies, and analyse sales data to find opportunities for growth.
• Customer Service: Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Check store performance against financial goals, analyse budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or homewares industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems and retail management software.
