Job Description

Position Summary

Our client is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their growing Australia sales team. As part of the Business/Sales team, you will develop and drive sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts.

This role is ideal for those passionate about enterprise IT software and SaaS product sales, and who are eager for growth and career progression.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential accounts.
  • Drive expansion by exploring new opportunities within various industry verticals.
  • Achieve customer acquisition goals, improve existing accounts, and maintain high retention rates.
  • Collaborate across functions with internal teams.
  • Support the inside sales team by leading client and prospect meetings when needed.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Capability to grasp and respond to customer needs
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, or previous engagement in SaaS or Enterprise IT product companies (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • A genuine interest and eagerness to explore new technologies
  • Preparedness to travel
  • A solid history of driving business growth and consistently surpassing quotas.
  • Experience operating within the ANZ market is essential.
  • Self-motivated and proactive

Benefits
