With our ongoing expansion and growth initiatives, we are currently seeking a skilled B2B Sales Specialist to drive growth through expert consultation, product education, and culturally relevant service.

About the Role:

This position requires in-depth knowledge of Indian grocery lines, Ayurvedic products, and niche product compliance.

You’ll be advising clients on usage, preparation, and sourcing, while also supporting back-end operations like inventory forecasting, import logistics, and product education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities by researching prospective wholesale and retail clients through industry sources
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Indian and Ayurvedic grocery products, competitor offerings, and evolving market conditions
  • Conduct client meetings to present products, provide demonstrations, and build lasting relationships
  • Advise clients on product selection based on dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, Jain, Ayurvedic), shelf life, cooking methods, and food safety standards
  • Track customer needs and competitor movements, providing strategic insights to the sales team
  • Negotiate pricing and credit terms, prepare contracts, and manage accurate order processing
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and provide post-sale technical support to ensure product usability and satisfaction
  • Train staff and client teams on the handling and promotion of culturally specific grocery lines
  • Utilise CRM/ERP systems to manage accounts, forecast demand, and generate reports on sales activities and expenses

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in ethnic groceries and ayurvedic products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Indian and South Asian grocery categories, including Ayurvedic products
  • Familiarity with stock rotation best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual ability is highly preferred (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati) is highly valued
  • Experience in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR, Zoho)
  • Organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple client accounts with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
