About the Opportunity:
Accenture currently has an opportunity for an experienced and strategic Client Direct Sales Manager/Inside Sales Specialist in their Sydney – North Sydney office. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and energetic team delivering digital marketing expertise to the Australia and New Zealand market and play a pivotal role in growing our business.

We are partnering with our client, a leading social media platform, to grow advertising revenue by helping businesses build brand awareness, increase sales, and more through innovative advertising solutions and insights.

In this role, you will manage and lead a world-class team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through strategic sales and account management. You will drive programs to scale operations, solve customer challenges, and deliver revenue growth.

Additionally, you will maintain ownership of the client relationship, ensuring their brand needs are executed with excellence on the platform. You will provide expertise to clients at varying maturity levels, ensuring their success on the platform.

As a successful candidate, your priorities will be your clients and team. You will mentor and coach your team to meet quarterly sales targets, exceed customer expectations, identify new sales opportunities, and optimise workflows. Success in this role requires strong people management, analytical skills, a passion for innovation, and a drive for revenue growth while thriving in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team of Sales Representatives, dedicated to supporting and expanding both new and existing client partnerships and their advertisers.
  • Maintain ownership and overall control of the client relationship and execution on the platform, representing and executing their brand and needs.
  • Drive revenue performance by setting and executing go-to-market strategies, optimising sales execution, and ensuring sustained client success across a diverse book of business.
  • Ensure all client Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are consistently met across key areas such as performance management, people management, quality assurance, recruitment, policy communication, transition management, and more.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting and quota attainment, leveraging data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making. Present key findings and solutions in weekly business revenue meetings.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent to build and maintain a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture where individuals are motivated to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities, conducting regular one-on-one meetings to review performance, set objectives, and deliver actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure excellence in execution by creating a collaborative learning environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, and performing regular call evaluations to maintain adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and customer engagement standards.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority client queries, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction while reinforcing operational best practices.

Salary range: AUD $100,000 to AUD $120,000
