Technology Business Analyst | Banking & Financial Services
You will collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of security solutions, improving overall identity and access management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements related to PAM initiatives.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- PAM Solutions Design:
- Design solutions that align with organizational security goals and best practices in access control.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of PAM processes and frameworks.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with IT security teams, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback.
- Implementation Support:
- Assist in the deployment of PAM tools and technologies, ensuring adherence to security policies and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and implementation plans.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for management review.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the PAM and identity domain.
- Familiarity with PAM solutions, with experience in CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault being a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
