In this role, you will support PAM initiatives by defining, gathering, and designing business requirements that align with the organization's security and access control goals. A strong understanding of the PAM and identity domain is essential, with knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault being a plus.

You will collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of security solutions, improving overall identity and access management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements related to PAM initiatives.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • PAM Solutions Design:
  • Design solutions that align with organizational security goals and best practices in access control.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of PAM processes and frameworks.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with IT security teams, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback.
  • Implementation Support:
  • Assist in the deployment of PAM tools and technologies, ensuring adherence to security policies and protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and implementation plans.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for management review.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the PAM and identity domain.
  • Familiarity with PAM solutions, with experience in CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault being a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
