The Company

With a strong commitment to building sustainable, modern systems to support educators, children, and families, is seeking a capable and calm IT Project Manager to help drive critical change projects forward.
The Role
Following recent challenges in project delivery, our client is looking for a steady, experienced IT Project Manager who can pick up momentum quickly. You'll work closely with an established Managed Services Provider (MSP), ensure project deadlines are met, and act as a strong business advocate to protect our clients interests.
Key Projects You'll Lead:
- HRIS Implementation
- Workday Implementation
- EnrollNow (Student Enrolment System) implementation
- Ongoing BAU Projects
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent IT/digital projects through to delivery.
- Rebuild internal stakeholder confidence in project delivery.
- Maintain strong, transparent relationships with external MSPs-holding them accountable.
- Provide structured project governance and communicate with purpose.
- Contribute to and manage ClickUp-based project tracking and documentation.
- Ensure projects are executed within scope, timeframes, and budget.
Your Profile
This role will suit someone who is quietly confident, composed under pressure, and purpose-driven. Previous personality clashes in the role mean BPA is looking for someone who can lead without drama, adapt quickly, and rebuild trust across internal and external teams.
- A calm, composed project leader
- 5+ years' experience managing IT transformation or systems projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background in IT or business/project management.
- Comfortable stepping into a dynamic environment mid-stream and bringing structure.
- Experience working with MSPs and leading digital system implementations.
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening (Working with Children's Check, Police Checks, etc.).
