• Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of multiple construction projects
• Oversee all site resources including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Lead procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment to meet project schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trades to meet technical specifications
• Liaise with building owners, developers, and subcontractors to manage expectations and resolve project issues
• Prepare tenders and contract bids, and develop strategic work programs to optimise site productivity and site operations
• Ensure compliance with all legislative, safety, building codes and quality standards
• Manage project documentation and oversee regulatory submissions, inspections, and approvals
• Monitoring the progress and quality of work delivered by both contractors and subcontractors for sites, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and integration with wider business objectives
• Lead workforce planning and performance management to support project delivery of construction outcomes across multiple projects

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
• Relevant qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience in construction or project management
• Proven track record in delivering both residential and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of building practices, compliance, and project lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project/PPP)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality

• Competitive salary package: $120,000 – $130,000 + superannuation
