About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive two critical initiatives that will shape the future of telecommunications:
- Cloud Telephony Transformation:
- Lead a large-scale redesign of a telephony system, transitioning services to a cloud-based platform.
- Oversee risk management, deliverables, and vendor collaboration with a supportive Change Manager alongside you.
- Work with a clear business case, ensuring milestone delivery with the first release targeted for September 2025.
- Member-Based Technology Initiative:
- Facilitate a smaller but dynamic project targeted at improving member access to online applications and digital services.
- Develop the framework, manage the wide project scope, and independently deliver results without a Change Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while making an impactful difference in how customer complaints are addressed within the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for both the Cloud Telephony and Member-Based Technology initiatives.
- Ensure risk, resources, and timelines are proactively managed across multiple deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including service operations, senior leadership, and external vendors.
- Provide regular updates and briefings to the executive team.
- Define project roadmaps and align delivery milestones with organizational goals.
- Balance project complexity by applying appropriate project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall for telephony, flexible methodologies for other initiatives).
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience managing technology-oriented projects. Telephony knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and executive buy-in.
- Strong ability to work independently on wide-scope projects and bring structured thinking to ambiguous challenges.
- A relaxed yet results-driven demeanor that aligns with a balanced workplace culture.

- Contract Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension through the end of 2025.
- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred. Projects formally commence in July 2025, with first deliverables due in September.
