ABOUT THE JOB
Playing a pivotal role in Danone’s mission to ensure customer satisfaction, the Healthcare Nutrition Key Account Manager will be responsible for a good mix of reactive account management and proactive sales. This is a permanent full-time role based out of Melbourne.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Establishing strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and customers to enhance the credibility of the medical nutrition portfolio and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Developing and executing an annual territory business plan in the hospital, community, and aged care channels.
- Providing suitable nutritional solutions for customers through detailing to and educations of healthcare professionals.
- Coordinating account management and communication with national wholesaler KAMs, medical tenders, strategy & medical teams
- Working with Regional and National Managers to deliver a local Healthcare strategy within defined territory.
You possess a natural skill for connecting with people and can foster enduring relationships at all levels of engagement. A solution-focused mindset and a customer-centric approach serves as the bedrock for all your endeavours.
Ideally you will have:
- Qualified dietitian or other relevant healthcare professional background
- Previous clinical experience (1+ years) desirable
- Previous sales and territory and Key Account Management experience (1+ years) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, confidence and proficiency in persuasive influencing and networking with specialist healthcare professionals
