This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the region.

• Promote, develop, and create sales in Victoria and areas allocated by the National Sales Manager
• Provide sales, service, and spares support to customers, with a primary focus on municipal entities and

• Recommend prospective service support agents in the nominated region
• Manage budgets and sales contracts in the allocated region
• Maintain required level of activity toward achieving goals without direct supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager
• Report directly to the National Sales Manager

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales and marketing-related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position and in a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience in the municipal and/or mining sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of pump technology and industrial equipment sales

• Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills for sales and marketing activities
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and maximise customer loyalty
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
