Learning & Development Senior Business Partner
Role Summary
The Learning and Development Senior Business Partner plays a key role in driving leadership and organizational growth. This position oversees and facilitates the leadership development framework, enhances organizational networks, curates relevant content, and supports the design and implementation of tailored learning and development activities.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership Development Framework
Oversee and facilitate the implementation of JBS Australia’s leadership development framework.Ensure alignment with strategic goals and foster leadership capabilities across all levels.
Organizational Networks:
Facilitate and strengthen organizational networks to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.Act as a connector to enhance communication and partnerships within the organization with a focus on business unit people and culture and quality teams.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and growth.
Content Curation:
Curate and manage relevant content that supports organizational learning and development.Ensure that resources are current, accessible, and aligned with the organization's objectives.
Learning and Development Activities:
Support the design and implementation of tailored learning and development programs.
Facilitate workshops and other events to support team member’s developmentCollaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver impactful training solutions.
Analyse organizational performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and engagement.
Change Management:
Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and practices.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Tertiary qualifications in Strategic HR, organisational behavior/psychology or related field
Substantial and demonstrable experience in the design, delivery and management of organization development or a related field.Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
Highly proficient coaching skills across a range of topics and stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels.
Experience in content curation and learning program design.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
