About the Role

As Team Leader, you will guide and motivate the team to achieve goals, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery. You'll provide support, feedback, and create a positive work environment, helping to drive success.

Duties

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer service team as well as assisting with customer calls and enquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Tracking and managing click & collect and online orders, keeping customers updated.
  • Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and investigating potential fraudulent orders.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and external delivery providers to locate missing stock for customers.
  • Providing customer service reports and escalating issues with wider business.
  • Assisting with updating product data and content on the online store.
  • Handling B2C wholesale customer enquiries and order processing.
  • Liaising with warehouse team to manage returns feedback.
  • De-escalating complaints and addressing negative reviews online.
  • Responding to complaints within set SLAs.
Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a team leader role.
  • Proven ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and improving team performance.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to quickly adjust strategies when needed.
  • Ability to make a positive impact on the team and business, driving success through proactive leadership.
