Sales Team Leader

This is a full-time Sales Team Leader position based in Pakenham. As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets.
Monitor sales activities, team performance and provide coaching, feedback and support to sales team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
Develop and maintain a knowledge of product range and services with the ability to provide customers/potential clients answers to queries, quotations and orders to provide effective and efficient customer experience.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and focus on delivering exceptional results to all parties
Qualify and pass on sales leads and market information to the managing director and sales team.
Look for ways to innovate and improve on day-to-day tasks undertaken by the sales team
Updating and distributing procedures
Innovate and collaborate with staff members in the broader team to enhance customer experiences and create best practice principles for the business.
Utilise tools such as Sharepoint, Word and Excel for collaboration with other team members
Update/ produce new procedures and train staff on how to utilise them
Work with clients to enhance the company's review profile
Be available for occasional Team, Customer or Training Events as a company representative.
Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities, and assist the team in securing new business
Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
Thorough understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market trends
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You must be willing to work from our portable office located within a pre-cast concrete manufacturing site following safety protocols.
