Training and Development Manager
Job description Renowned Mexican restaurant group based in Chermside Qld are seeking a Training and Development Manager to join the team, facilitating, delivering & coordinating Training and Development programs.
This ambitious quality franchise operator is supporting its franchise partners to be more successful and to achieve greater profitability while at the same time working hard to ensure their customers enjoy the best products and services they have to offer.
The opportunity As Training and Development Manager you will facilitate, deliver and coordinator Training and Development programs and initiatives. This role is dedicated to driving capability uplift and performance in all areas of the business while you also have the exciting opportunity to design and deliver crucial soft skills training, including personal and professional development.
Key responsibilities include:- Develop and execute Training and Development programs
- Create and implement comprehensive learning strategies that elevate employee skills, development, and performance at all levels within the franchisor and also franchise partners
- Lead, develop and drive the performance of relevant teams.
- As required work with external training providers
- Focus on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competency of their people, including the work they do today as well as ensuring alignment between people’s skills and the business needs into the future
- Preparing first rate documentation and other training materials using all available media options
- Significant demonstrated experience in a similar level role, ideally in a franchise environment
- A highly relevant bachelor degree or agreed substitute
- Advanced stand-up presentation and facilitation skills to small and larger audiences
- Franchise partner understanding and experience
- Ability to navigate a large and fast paced workforce
