Job Description
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, clearly showcasing the software's value to prospective construction industry clients.
  • Manage and nurture the entire sales pipeline including prospecting, calls, emails, proposal development, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions to effectively address specific business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Represent our client at industry events, fostering relationships and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Maintain a proactive approach, always seeking opportunities to learn and solve problems effectively.

The Successful Applicant

You are results-driven, proactive, and thrive on building meaningful relationships. You should possess:

  • Proven construction industry experience (direct construction experience or related sales background).
  • Confidence and capability in delivering compelling, live product demonstrations (full training provided).
  • Proven ability to manage and convert sales pipelines effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously.
