About your new role…
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team (EQS) as our EQS Distribution Centre Team Member. This role is a valued communication point for our logistics stakeholders. Supported by your team, you will be responsible for picking and packing our inbound and outbound EQS spare parts orders, and ensuring they are released on time, as well as ensuring broader warehouse tasks are executed in the correct order to meet business requirements.
What will you be doing?- Respond promptly to changing customer requirements.
- Clearly communicate a comprehensive view of daily goals to all team members.
- Prioritize tasks and escalate issues to address any interruptions or risks that may impact meeting stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain clear and concise communication throughout your shift.
- Ensure tasks are carried out in a sequential and timely manner.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives.
- Conduct behavioural safety observations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong decision-making skills based on work requirements and available resources.
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities on the fly.
- Proficient knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) principles.
- Completion of Dangerous Goods Awareness Training or willingness to do so.
- Desirable: experience working with SAP, including ECC, APO, and TMS modules. Can be trained.
