The ideal candidates will embody the spirit of Chaplin's - professional, charming and meticulous.You will have :
Passion for the Pour: A genuine interest in the world of wine, fine spirits and classic/contemporary cocktails.
Hospitality Flair: Proven experience in a fast paced, high end hospitality establishments.
Customer-Centric: Exceptional people skills with a passion for your customer and a love for what you do.
