Office Manager – Office Cleaning Service

**Job Summary: **

The Office Manager for an office cleaning service is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, scheduling workers, and assisting the Director with administrative and business-related tasks.

It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Participating in the planning and evaluation of office services while establishing priorities and setting service standards.
  • Delegating tasks to staff and overseeing their work performance.
  • Making sure workplace health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Manage and track cleaning schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Assign daily tasks and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule and confirm cleaning appointments.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and financial records related to cleaning services.
  • Assist the Director with scheduling, communication, and business operations.
  • Prepare reports and updates on cleaning schedules, staff performance, and service efficiency.
  • Help organize meetings, presentations, and business planning related to cleaning services.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and staff, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Recruit and onboard professional cleaners or temporary staff based on work demands.
  • Ensure proper training, compliance with safety regulations, and task allocation for new hires.
  • Monitor workforce efficiency and recommend staffing adjustments when necessary.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold service standards

Skill/experience: o A tertiary qualification in a related field would be advantageous.

o 3 years of office management experience.
o Experience in office administration or management.
o A proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented workplace.
o Strong communication and leadership abilities
o Upkeep of office management and facilities

o Follow through and implement projects that are being carried out as part of the overall business plan
