We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a well-organized and productive environment.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinate financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity and organization
- Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and payroll administration
- Maintain a well-organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Experience in financial administration, including invoicing and budgeting, is a plus.
Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000; plus, superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
