Your purpose:
As a consultant you will be an integral part of the team, dedicated to providing the right talent solution for your clients. You will work as a trusted advisor, guiding both your candidates and clients through the end to end hiring experience resulting in finding the right person for the right job. You will:
- Grow your network to develop both new and existing business relationships
- Build a talent pool/candidate pipeline through a variety of channels
- Facilitate all stages of a talent solution for your customers
- Understand and analyse the market, sharing these insights with your clients and candidates.
