Position: Chefs
Location: Bowral NSW

Salary: $76,000 ~ 78,000 plus Superannuation

Our client, Rush Roasting is looking for various Chefs to join the growing kitchen team.

Responsible of chefs might include by not limited to:

Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Working closely with the executive chef to develop menu ideas
Managing daily production and planning
Determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderings
Costing and controlling kitchen operations
Managing and work closely with other Chefs to all levels
Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between team mates
Train junior kitchen staff
Prepare and cook food based on the recipe guidelines

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Relevant Qualification
Prior experience in a similar role/setting
Excellent communication skills
Passion for cooking
