Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to perfection
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials
• Order ingredients and supplies, managing inventory and minimizing waste
• Lead and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
• Participate in menu planning, pricing, and inventory management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant or cafe setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease
• Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
